Tokyo, November 5, 2015 --- D.A.Consortium Inc. (DAC) and Sanook Online Limited (Sanook) have formed a business alliance today in the areas of ad technology and creative ad production.

DAC and Sanook will collaborate to fully utilize their respective resources in driving Thailand’s rapidly growing digital advertising market.

Thailand’s digital advertising market is expected to grow by 33% to 27B JPY in 2015 and grow even further in the future(*1). In May 2012, DAC established DAC ASIA PTE. LTD (DAC ASIA), which has since been active in the digital advertising market in South East Asia. Through this alliance with Sanook, DAC ASIA aims to contribute to the continued growth of the digital advertising market in Thailand.

Through this business alliance, DAC and DAC ASIA will provide consulting services in the following two areas:

1. DAC and DAC ASIA will provide their ad technologies to Sanook and will also provide consulting on the use of these technologies. DAC will implement its ad server service ‘FlexOne®STINGRAY’ to help grow the value of Sanook’s media assets.
2. DAC ASIA will use Sanook’s creative ad production services for creating digital advertising campaigns for clients in Thailand.

Going forward DAC and Sanook will work together closely in the digital advertising market in Thailand to grow their existing businesses and to create new and unique services.
