AD-Visor®

On March 1 st , 2004 Digital Advertising Consortium released AD-Visor®, an ASP service designed to support powerfully Strategic Online Media Planning.

What is AD-Visor®?

Users of AD-Visor® can access Industry Topics, Media-related Information, Online Audience Data and more in real time.

In addition to being a source of information, AD-Visor®'s various tools also supports efficient media planning. By using AD-Visor®'s "Evaluation Function" that lets Agencies conduct highly detailed analysis of media plans from various perspectives, AD-Visor® supports powerfully Strategic Online Media Planning.

Example of How to Use AD-Visor®

AD-Visor®supports strategically the "PDSR" Cycle of Media Planning.

The basic way of thinking about Online Media Planning is "Plan->>Do->>See->>Replan." By implementing the "PDSR" cycle, Agencies can improve Advertising response vis- à -vis diverse marketing objectives and aim for their Marketing goals. AD-Visor® supports strategically the Plan steps in the cycle.

    Plan Evaluation Function
    • Based on DAC' s database of past campaigns, the performance (CTR, CPC) of media plans can be evaluated in advance.
    • Using Online Audience Data you can evaluate reach to specific Target Audiences.
    • Viewing Behavior and Audience Duplication of websites within a media plan is also possible.
    • Evaluation of a media plan's ad exposure (impressions) to target audiences.

Please note that the use of some AD-Visor® functions requires a separate contract and related expenses with Video Research ltd or Net Ratings Inc.

In order to flexibly meet the complicated needs of our clients, DAC can develop and provide to clients a custom support system in addition to AD-Visor®.   1. Traffic Management Support System
    • Check creative specs and regulations online.
    • For campaigns purchased with DAC, the status of traffic management can be checked online allowing clients to see quickly how work is progressing.
    • A database of past campaigns can be created storing information on creative, as well as CPC, CTR and other metrics. This database can then be accessed to improve performance when planning a new campaign.
  2. Custom Optimizer for Reporting, Analysis and Evaluation based on Original Metrics.
    • Not only CTR and CPC, we can also evaluate based on unique ROI metrics for various marketing objectives. Norm values can be established for each client. We can also develop and provide an evaluation and analysis system to enable clients to create detailed strategies.
    • DAC can develop and provide a customizable support system for reporting per-campaign and creative assessment.
  3. Operation Service
    • With an additional contract, DAC will send a dedicated media planner to your company to operate the above systems.
