D.A.Consortium Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") uses information of Internet users acquired from websites to provide various services. The Company shall establish basic rules for utilization of such information, conform to laws and regulations, and make efforts to use that information properly.

1.Acquisition of Informative Data
The Company acquires website browsing history and purchasing history online that can be accumulated for analysis of the interests and preferences of the Internet user (hereinafter referred to as "Informative Data") using industry standard technology called "cookies", that enables web servers to identify the computer (browser) of the Internet user.

The preservation period of the Informative Data acquired by the Company is two years from the date the website is last visited by (the computer (browser) of) any given Internet user.

The Informative Data acquired by the Company are used:
(1) to provide products, services, and related information that meet the interests and preferences of Internet users;
(2) to develop and improve products and services; and
(3) to offer products and services to the customers of the Company.

The Company acquires the Informative Data from the computers (browsers) of Internet users who have viewed the websites that use the data management platform "AudienceOne®" (managed by Modulo inc.).

In cooperation with Sizmek (a US company), the Company provides an advertisement delivery service using Sizmek technology on a particular website. The corporation uses the cookies set by Sizmek with the domain named "bs.serving-sys.com" to control ad delivery at this time.

5.Target and purpose of providing Informative Data
The Informative Data acquired by the Company may be provided to corporations using the service (hereinafter referred to as "the Corporation") for the following purposes:

(2) Develop, improve, and provide products and services
(3) Offer products and services to their own customers
The Company shall set the following conditions to the Corporation:

6.Disabling of cookies

8.Revision of this page
The Company shall continuously examine and improve the information control system. In the process, the content of this page may be revised. 9.Security control measures of Informative Data
The Company shall take security control measures under strict management and continuously examine the contents and methods of such measures to make corrections and improvements, in order to prevent unauthorized access and leakage, ruination, or damage (including any loss, destruction, or manipulation) in handling of the Informative Data.
