Tokyo, October 5, 2021 --- D.A.Consortium Inc. (DAC) is pleased to announce that it has integrated its development operations in Vietnam to establish DAC DATA TECHNOLOGY VIETNAM JOINT STOCK COMPANY. The new company, which began operations in October, has approximately 200 employees who will be guided by the mission, “Everything to DATA, DATA to New Value.”

The two consolidated subsidiaries that have been integrated are DAC Data Science Vietnam Company Limited(*1) based in Hanoi and DAC Tech Vietnam Joint Stock Company(*2) based in Danang. Up until now, the former specialized in data analysis and data-related software development while the latter primarily focused on digital marketing software development. Each supported the growth of DAC’s businesses independently. With this integration and the establishment of DAC Data Technology Vietnam Joint Stock Company, the operations are now at a 200-employee scale to provide seamless and more efficient data and technology development.
