The major changes to the Terms and Conditions include:
‣Changes due to the revision of the Civil Code in Japanese Law in 2020
Article3.2 Scope and Modification of the Master Agreement

‣Dispute resolution will be changed from ICC to JCAA
Article 22 Dispute Resolution

‣Some of the Articles are changed to align with our other contracts
Article 13 Obligation of Confidentiality
Article 14.2 (deleted and moved to Article 17 Exclusion of Antisocial Forces)
Article 19 Termination
Article 25 Entire Agreement (established)

‣In addition, changes to “plain English” and unification of expressions, etc.
